This policy covers Kelvo, including kelvo.one (the Kelvo company site) and education.kelvo.one (Kelvo Education). Both are operated by Kelvo. By creating an account or using either site, you agree to these terms.
Kelvo is an AI transition consulting company that builds real, working products — starting with Kelvo Education, a commercial real estate underwriting and analyst-training platform. These terms govern your use of Kelvo Education's account features (deal underwriting tools, case studies, quizzes, and any certifications) and kelvo.one's public content and forms.
You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create a Kelvo Education account.
Kelvo Education is a training and practice tool. Nothing on the platform — underwriting outputs, case study scoring, coaching feedback, market commentary on kelvo.one, or any other content — is financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice. Real estate underwriting involves judgment, current market conditions, and professional expertise that a training platform cannot substitute for. Do not make actual investment, acquisition, or financing decisions based on Kelvo Education's calculations or feedback without independent professional advice. Kelvo is not a licensed investment advisor, broker, or lender.
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when creating an account, and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Deal underwriting data, assumptions, notes, case study attempts, and quiz results you create belong to you. By using the platform, you grant Kelvo a license to store, process, and display this content back to you as part of operating the service — we don't sell it, and we don't use it to train third-party AI models. We may use anonymized, aggregated data (e.g. “X% of students correctly identified this trap”) to improve the platform or the curriculum.
Don't: use the platform to violate any law; attempt to access another user's account or data; scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell platform content (including case studies, the glossary, or coaching logic); interfere with the platform's operation; or misrepresent a Kelvo certification you haven't actually earned.
The Kelvo Education platform — its software, design, case study content, glossary, and branding — belongs to Kelvo. Your account gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it; it doesn't give you ownership of any of that content.
If Kelvo Education awards you a certification, it represents completion of specific coursework and assessments within the platform, verified via a public verification page. It is not a professional license, industry accreditation, or a guarantee of employment or performance — it reflects what you demonstrated within Kelvo's own curriculum.
Kelvo relies on Supabase (database/auth), Vercel (hosting), and Anthropic (certain AI-driven features) to operate. See the Privacy Policy for how these providers handle data on our behalf.
You may stop using Kelvo Education at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. You can request deletion of your account and data per the Privacy Policy.
Kelvo Education is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its underwriting calculations are free of bugs — report anything that looks wrong so we can fix it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kelvo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any financial decisions made based on it (see Section 2).
We may update these terms as Kelvo's products evolve. We'll update the “Last updated” date above when changes are made. Material changes will be communicated to registered users, same as the Privacy Policy.
